Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email box accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to forward emails from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest.
